Not only that, she has a great sense of humour and she is very approachable and personable. She spent over 3 hours with us for our initial meeting where she produced detailed plans for the redesign of two bathrooms in our new home. Sue gave lots of invaluable advice when choosing products She is extremely patient and understanding and has worked tirelessly to ensure the quotations could meet our budget. We had a second meeting to review and confirm the plans, and even with last minute changes, Sue has always exceeded our expectations with her customer service. “I ordered 3 very robust bespoke timber structures on behalf of a local sports club; small shelters for players and spectators to watch play. This was at a time when timber prices were sky rocketing, so we had one or two false starts getting prices and specs and then pausing for our committee to consider. NSTB were very patient with our deliberations, and were able to honour a quote for longer than they had originally agreed. The buildings had to fit rather precisely on to our layer of blockwork on a concrete foundation. Eventually we put in an order and NSTB constructed, delivered and installed the shelters, to a high standard and in line with our deadlines.
