Some members of staff here clearly have no empathy, and called the police about someone harmlessly sitting outside the store. Unsurprisingly the police can't arrest people for using a public space. Or because an employee believes them to be homeless, and harbours a hateful prejudice.
If you think someone needs help you offer it, or call a relevant charity. You DONT waste police time, and then stand around on the shop floor complaining that it's unpleasant to walk past someone who's struggling - and be constantly reminded not only of our failure as a society, but your failure as a decent human being.
Disgraceful.

Co op on Bracebridge is a legend. I've been going in there since 1982. The Scoop shop was upstairs. The staff are the best ever.

I was helped today by a female behind the main counter at about 19:20 hours today. She was white, dark brown hair/black hair in a pony tail style and wearing a grey fleece. Hopefully the Management will know who I'm referring to as she needs to be acknowledged on how good her Customer Service skills are and her helpfulness requires recognition. I really appreciated her help.Thank you

Most of the food has past it?s sell by date I bought a pack of tagiliatelle pasta on 18/11/22 went to use it today 19/11/22 and realised it had gone off from before I had even purchased it, how lazy of them the sell by date was 16/11/22. I also ordered on Uber eats 3 days ago when I purchased some pistachios and while eating them I came across a few mouldy ones and some with bugs in. So sickening.
