Ive been in this establishment a few times and I find all the staff are pleasant and accommodating if I had to mention one in particular Rose is cool she is always very smiley and helpful

Just popped in to collect a DPD parcel, the shop assistant ?Rose? gave me the coldest welcome I?ve every experienced!
She didn?t look me in the face once and barely uttered a word to me, another assistant came over to the checkout with a lovely smile, just after ?Rose? sloped off to retrieve my parcel from the back, on her return she just silently handed me the parcel with a look of sustain in her face.
Customer service = 0 out of 10.

Understaffed. Can't even get approval on the self serve checkout as their isn't any staff around to help.
EDIT: 5 months later and still no staff in store to approve purchases on self checkout or serve at the till. Appalling customer service.

Good stock, but unfortunately they are understaffed. Limited space in the car park as it is shared with the pub next door.

Closed unexpectedly today, after walking across Wollaton to get my lunch, no apologies sign on the door, just someone stood inside shouting we are closed. Then almost got run over by a typical Audi 4x4 driver looking at her phone while driving in the city.

No DPD digital barcode printer in-store, even though it is a drop off point. Member of staff Andrew was rude about it, very disappointing.

Rude member of staff refused to serve me because I had no ID, I?m almost 50! He was in a mood because I asked him to serve me as there was no one on the till. I don?t usually need to have anything to do with the staff but the self checkout needed a staff member to authorise my purchase and for the second time running in a week no one was going to bother to assist me and was left standing there for quite a while, so I did what anyone else would do and I asked for help. Just a terrible attitude and deliberately unhelpful because he couldn?t be bothered to do his job!

Polite, friendly staff. Pricing reflects convenience factor. Car park is shared with The Wollaton pub so can be busy sometimes. Has safe, secure ATM inside.Full self checkouts with friendly assistance if needed.
