Ordered a small grocery, via just eat. The ice cinnamon buns were one day away from its sell by date. (It?s the 29th of August today. The buns will be past their sell by date tomorrow). The bread in the bun had zero moisture left in it and the consistency was like cardboard, because the buns were due to be binned. I paid £2.55 for buns that couldn?t be eaten. WHY would you pack this for a customer??? They?re inedible.
They also forgot to pack the galaxy chocolate bar.
This shop clearly doesn?t care about their customers.

I received my order via Uber Eats, and rated it straight away, even tipping the driver as I?m usually happy with my Co-op deliveries. However, when I unpacked the bags, I found the strawberries were rotten and leaking, the rocket leaves were also rotten and leaking, and the easy peelers were dry and spoiled. These items should have been disposed of, not sent out in a customer?s order. Absolutely disgusting that the shopper/packer thought it was ok to pack rotten products instead of disposing of them. Unacceptable.

Good solid staff team, always really helpful despite challenges, trouble with cash machines, deliveries, they look after the customers and feel like part of the community. Can?t rate em enough

Loved your carrot broccoli and cauliflower steam bags. Work long hours so convenient. Got a bag tonight cooked it carrot's where cooked but not peeled so tasted like chewing on plastic. Sorry about this but tell you

The guy with the dread locks behind you counter is the rudest man I have ever known. On a number of occasions now I have heard him use the most shocking language.. having just witnessed an Uber eats driver come to pick up a delivery which the previous driver had picked up by mistake, his language went from really bad to shocking which no employee should be using in front of customers. Myself and the people in the queue in front of me observed in horror and disbelief. Get rid of this abhorrent member of staff immediately for gross misconduct as nobody wants to witness such behaviour. He needs serious customer service training if you are going to continue to employ him. Shocked to the max.

Over all a good store,always deals on,a yes from me.ALL shops have drop off's or pick ups the public must allow for this,the cones are a good idea staight in staight out jobby done.
