Customer service abysmal in this coop. Particularly one older woman with short bobbed hair. Very rude and has no patience when my self self checkout was playing up. No pleasantries and staff look like they hate their jobs.Would much rather go to the coop petrol where staff actually say hello and seem happy to help.

Beware bought some cheese today and it's 4 days out of date. Poor stock rotation, I'm very surprised that the co-op would be so lapse. Pretty sure it would have made me very ill if I had eaten it.

I entered this shop to be greeted by dirty fridges, there was grime in the bottom. This has obviously never been cleaned. I then went ( after buying stuff) to the checkout to not be greeted at all. As I walked upto the till these 2 women (staff) were talking and not facing me for the whole time ( I wasn't acknowledged once even when I had to pay I didn't know the amount so I scanned my card) I will not return to this shop after this severe rudeness. I've spent £25 in this shop every week for about 3 years and this is a shame

Just been spoke to like dirt by middle aged woman with glasses in front of customer. Expecting a call back from the manager about her attitude, fuming about this, especially as being a long term customer. Not any more.

I love this coop! I was able to buy some OUTSTANDING products, like coop?s premium sausages and etc. BUT, the customer service is a joke, I?m a simple man, my expectations are very low, I just want a hello back, and I don?t appreciate the snatching of my cash like it?s covered in covid (normally I used contactless). I will remember this woman with a Karen style haircut who doesn?t want to work there! She needs a holiday, dear managers of this coop store note that.
