Fantastic service from Anita who served us. She was very helpful and friendly. The manager however seemed unprofessional talking down to staff in front of customers.

Went here for a good pair of shoes, personally I didn't think the range of shoes was great. The lady who served me was really nice. I picked a pair in my size they wasn't wide enough, she did get a wide fit down they fitted exactly the same, she looked at the box and said they were the right ones, but didn't check the shoes to see if the information was the same. I went to M&S and bought a pair of shoes that fit well.

Some members of staff at this shop are not very nice. Despite taking a ticket and waiting for our number we were skipped over and ignored by staff. When then pointing out to one staff member that we were next in the queue. I was told in an aggressive tone to wait my turn and I would be seen to. It was at this point after waiting over half an hour with two children, being passed over and ignored that we walked out. The manner in which the staff member spoke to me was disgraceful.

Bought two pairs of shoes. One pair in store to be collected from store and another pair online delivered to home. The home delivered pair did not fit and returned them to store when I picked up my other pair. I was refunded the cost of the shoes, but not the cost of the outbound delivery. Clarkes claim that they only refund the outbound delivery if the goods were faulty. I was told this by the store manager and Customer Service. When complaining to the CEO's email explaining that they were flouting the law and that there policy was contra to the sales of goods act which clearly states "..after returning the goods, the retailer should refund you the cost of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid to get the goods sent to you in the first place", I received an email from customer service stating: "Thank you for taking the time to contact Clarks Customer Care. I am very sorry to hear about what has happened.
I have processed a refund of your delivery cost of £5.95...."
Clearly they feel they can continue to flout the law, as there was no mention of changing their policy

Needed to get my child measured up for new shoes, thought Sunday first thing would be ideal. Walked in to Clark?s Nottingham and there was one other family in the entire store. Went up to a member of staff and asked if we could be measured up and offered shoes and she was not very friendly. She simply walked to a ticket machine (bear in mind there?s only two people in the store it?s 10am) and said ?take this ticket and wait? then she proceeded to play on her mobile phone and didn?t help us until the other member of staff was free.This lady that served us was actually great. The woman in this photo who is not very welcoming and plays on her mobile needs a firm word when working in a customer er environment.
