A remarkable time warp to an unreconstructed 1980s Chinese of the best kind.
Even the entranceway fish pond that I recall from teenage visits to similar establishments is still here.
Food was exactly as you would expect from such a venue. Anglosized chinese?
Great 80s soft metal soundrack to match.
Lovely, attentive staff and a happy band of customers even on a Monday night.
Prices were slightly higher than expected for such fayre, but it was excellent.

A wonderful experience all around.
The food is delicious and very reasonably priced and always served swiftly.
The staff are warm, friendly and attentive offering a personal service regardless of if it's your 1st visit or not.

Excellent service and delicious food, thankyou so much. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her birthday party ?
Parking: 2 hrs free round the back, we were finished in 2hrs, if not free street parking after 6pm.
Wheelchair accessibility: All on 1 level.

Chung's is near my parents' house and we often visit when I am staying with them. I don't think the decor and menu have changed much in the last few decades but the staff are lovely and it is always a reliable good meal. No hesitation in recommending.
