I?ve been a customer of the Victoria Centre Chisholm Hunter now for many years, the staff, led by Gina, are always exceptional, knowledgeable and friendly, every item purchased has been of the highest quality.I could not recommend this branch any more. 5 stars.

Went into store, for help and advice buying a new chain for my necklace, the store assistant laughed at my necklace (Stainless Steel Chain with pendant) & were extremely judgemental. I felt extremely uncomfortable and belittled. Instead of gaining a customer they brushed me off & told me to go to H&M, acting as if I was not good enough to be in their store. I would not recommend at all.

Have been to many different jewellery stores trying to find rings but Chisholm Hunter always are perfect! Can't recommend them enough!Gina and Tiffany were lovely and unbelievably helpful! Massive thanks to them!

I just had the best purchasing experience at CH Nottingham. I was always apprehensive about buying watches in person, because I feared being pushed into buying a watch i perhaps didn?t really want. But my experience today couldn?t have been any different - Malachi (apologies if I spent it wrong) asked me all the right questions, struck up great conversations, and he allowed me to choose my timepiece at a pace that suited me. Brett was also extremely helpful during the transaction as well. I have no doubt I?ll be doing business here again!

DO NOT WORK HERE THE STORE AND THE COLLEAGUES IN IT DO NOT PROMOTE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY. They do not care about the well-being of staff members who are of a different ethnic background my friend who worked there reported the racism AND DISCRIMINATION that she experienced and she was later on fired because of this. This shows that discrimination and racism is portrayed by those in a higher position also. DO NOT WORK HERE

I would never recommend this shop to ANYONE?.. shopping here was a very uncomfortable experience for me, I couldn?t imagine working there God forbid! They?re extremely judgmental, racist, discriminating and overall rude. I?m still surprised that in this day and age companies hire small such minded people. I even heard them belittling their staff in the background whilst they were trying to sell me an item. However Not all staff members are as unpleasant as Gina & Chloe who I believe served me on the day I came into the store , They are the most horrendous individuals I have ever met and head office will definitely be hearing from me. Apart from that the other staff member were nice. I definitely won?t come back but I guess you?ve gathered that by now?

Been in Chisholm Hunter a lot over the years. Best jewellers in Nottingham. Gina and her staff make you feel so welcome they are all about making you feel relaxed and happy with your purchase. I had a lovely experience buying wedding rings at Chisolm Hunter recently. It was our first time looking, and earlier in the day, had a less than positive appointment at another jewellers. We didn?t have an appointment at CH, but Holly immediately welcomed us, so we decided to head in. All the staff were very warm and accommodating, and I never felt under pressure to commit to anything. We did eventually settle on some lovely rings for us, which was helped alongside a splash of fizz!

Been to this store many times and I have to say that Bret blew me, my wife and my daughter away with his professional advise and attention to detail (on watch fitting specifically) I have never met a person more attentive. Frist class ?
