I ordered milk tea with pearls and it tasted really bad and all the pearls was sticking together couldn?t even drink it with straw and even tho drink didn?t taste good ,I always get pearl milk tea from other places but this one was the worst.

Had chatime tea with tapioca pears, tea is a bit bland, little flavour and pears were a bit tough. Interior is cute and staff are okay.

Usually empty place but really nice tea. Expensive though. They only sell drinks and maybe something like Kaya balls

Been coming to Chatime quite often but only decided to review now. The bubble tea is nice with a lot varieties but shame they dont have wintermelon flavour my fav one. The price is more expensive compare to other bubble tea places in the city, with £1 for jelly topping and 80p for popping pearl while other places only charge around 50p.

Omg this place is incredible, my son has never had a boba...being autistic I didn't think he would like it. We had a mango drink with mango pearls and he loved it. The staff are amazing and friendly. The place is clean and tidy..no seating for disabled people tho but I would recommend this place all the time.Kid-friendliness: Pokemon on the wall, games to play, little seat swing to relax on and the mango drink perfect

It?s always so nice to find good bubble tea. The pearls are cooked really well and not overcooked ??Edit 4/4/23The drinks are not as nice as they used to be(It?s really dilute n the pearls are bland), the staff has changed that could be why ?!T^T So unfortunate!!!

I brought a boba milk tea with normal tapioca pearls, it was quite nice yet the pearls had a slighty slimey texture, instead last time I went I brought the same but instead with popping pearls, IT WASSO MUCH BETTER. I recommend going for popping pearls if you're planning of getting a bubble tea from here

Honestly taste is not bad but it?s so expensive even I order basic one. I ordered hot milk tea with the pearl small size but the price was around £5

Went there with a friend and was very satisfied. The tea was amazing and the staff were very polite and welcoming. Give it a try, and you?ll enjoy it immensely.

Overall, an okay shop. It has a good variety to choose from and staff are friendly. However I find that their syrups taste almost like perfume, as if they have not been shaken or too much is added. As someone that is around boba and it's variations I'd say this shop is okay but not the best.

The Taro Tea and Brown Sugar milk Tea is super delicious. The Service is excellent you honestly can not complain Chatime offers indoor seating aswell which is great for the coming winter :)
