I went there today for a quick shop as i knew what i was coming for, literally ran to make it before they closed and got there 5 minutes before they?re closing time and wasn?t allowed in the shop even though online it says they close at 6pm so my time was wasted.

This is the third time I've been into a CeX branch and ended up walking out after waiting at the counter for about five minutes without even being acknowledged, even when there are more staff than customers. How hard is to say "I'll be with you as soon as I can" rather than just ignoring waiting customers?
