What has happened we used to have a postman that new everyone,to someone who cannot read my mail has been being delivered to a different postcode a different address I have been waiting for import mail,for 3 weeks and the post man/woman delivered to a total address,think they should go to Specsaversnot good service at all

Every time I go to collect a parcel the staff have always been welcoming and on occasions gone above and beyond locating packages for me - thanks guys :)

I visited this morning as a parcel I was meant to receive yesterday hadn?t arrived, I was told that my parcel was in the van and out for delivery as of 16:33 and me writing this post still no delivery and nothing updated on my 48hr track as to the location of my parcelI am extremely dissatisfied as I haven?t had any prior issues but for them to tell me it?s either out for delivery and I?ve been misinformed or for a blatant lie told to me makes my blood boilMy parcel isn?t a cheap item and is meant as a present and I do not take politely to this

Never had an issue, I'm out all day at work and they reliably deliver parcels to the delivery office when I'm out. Show up with an ID and your card and they'll have it for you pronto. Quick, easy and friendly staff all round. Would happily use Royal mail over nearly any other parcel service, they are one of the most consistent out there.Update Aug 2022: Opening hours have shortened drastically for evenings, resulting in no parcel collections most days of the week apart from Thursdays if you are quick back from work. Disappointing change.Update October 2022: Just tried to pick up a parcel on Thursday at 16:20 (should be open until 18:00) and it was already closed. Turns out they've updated the opening times on their website to show they are now closed on Thursdays. This means I can only collect parcels on Saturday morning, when I am frequently not free. Appalling service.

When I receive a parcel from Royal Mail, the Postman not only rings the bell, but also hammers on the door. By the time I get to the door he is in his van and off. This is not very professional and also sends our dog in a frenzy. Not impressed at all. I have asked him before NOT hammer on the door. If we didn't have a door bell I would understand. I am disabled so cant get to the door as quick as I used too. I also have a sign on the door stating this. Not Happy

Awful!! I continually get red "we missed you" cards when I'm home and have had valuable items that have I never received despite them claiming to have delivered them. When i've informed them they've done nothing to help

Awful. Just as bad as hermes. Tend to lose your parcels and not give a damn about where they have sent it and don't even bother trying to find it.
