My mother was a client of Carefound for about a year prior to her recent move into a care home. I found the Carefound staff to be very friendly and caring. They dealt with a number of difficult situations with great compassion and competence. I always felt that my mother was in safe hands and they kept me informed of any problems. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Everyone I have met and even those I have not met but come in contact with have been very warm and welcoming and very supportive on every step. Great team to belong to.

I am working for Carefound for 2 years now and I can honestly say, it is the best care company in the area. It is rated Outstanding by CQC and you can truly feel like being part of a great company, rather than treated as statistics. The management cares about not only the clients, but the wellbeing and happiness of their carers as well.

What a lovely professional company to work for. I was with Carefound for a short time before I had challenges with my childcare. The only thing I can say they need to improve on is the monthly pay. Being paid weekly would be great.Thank you so much to everybody at Carefound. I would love to come back when my situation changes.
