Went into card factory today, needed a card and gifts for my mums anniversary of death. Janine went right out of her way to find the right card for me and a beautiful love heart with Nana on from the grandchildren. Jackie was also really helpful too at the till. This isn't the only time I've been helped by Janine, many times she has gone out of her way for me and also for other customers. Absolutely amazing woman. X

I shopped here today. The till lady was very rude. She carried on a conversation with three friends whilst myself and another girl were waiting. She eventually served us both, never acknowledging, completely immersed in her conversation.

I went in to buy for upcoming anniversary...
I bought a few things ,& needed a bag! When I asked for one she said they didn't have any.. & Just pushed my things towards me.
I tried to explain that I needed one , because it was raining & my things. Will get wet??
But she didn't seem to care...
So I just put them in my shopping bag , which was quite full at the time..
I mean a shop with no bags!!!
If you run out! Go & get some, that's real customer care.

Went in yesterday in a bit of a pickel regarding my daughters 16th however amazing service by the 2 girls complete saved me lol, produced an amazing balloon display that my daughter loved and just all round great customer service and atmosphere in the store they are a credit to the buisness ?

Card factory shop as always good selection of cards . all at great prices. Store is a bit on the small size making social distancing very difficult but in just over a weeks time, restrictions are lifting. Always head here first for cards required can usually get what is required.you can get birthday party items here.

Absolutely lovely staff hear always a pleasure going hear! I visited on the 29th & Gina The Manager Went above and beyond for my daughters birthday decorations. She's Lovely and good at what she does !

Visited on Tuesday 28 November to purchase a 40th Birthday balloon and some gifts. The staff in the Bulwell shop were absolutely brilliant. Even though they were having to deal with the security guard and checking their radio devices were working, they still made sure I was ok as well as other customers. I was shown alternative gifts to the ones I was looking at too, which I thought was really helpful as there are so many different items it would be easy to miss other options.I must say, it was very near to closing time but every member of staff was still smiling, polite and energetic! Well done ladies! ?It was a pleasure to be served by you all! ??????
