Find the Staff are so rude there and when I went in with my pushchair she looked at me like she was so annoyed no smile looks at you in an angry way

I visited few days ago. The lady in staff was very rude to my kid. I asked a question about availability of a baloon arch kit and that lady totally ignored and preferred to talk to her colleague about a random thing. Not happy with the lady's behaviour.

Went in to get some balloons filled with helium, I thought any balloons would work. Turns out no, I’m glad I went in store as I was going to get one of those little tanks and do them myself. Staff had the knowledge and no how on how do to about this.Would happily use again
