“Went into card factory today, needed a card and gifts for my mums anniversary of death. Janine went right out of her way to find the right card for me and a beautiful love heart with Nana on from the grandchildren. Jackie was also really helpful too at the till. This isn't the only time I've been helped by Janine, many times she has gone out of her way for me and also for other customers. Absolutely amazing woman. X
