Visited twice, the staff are always friendly and the chai latte is good.

I often go here and it's always good coffee and good service.
However the last twice I've been the upstairs seating area has been really really hot so haven't felt as comfortable as usual.
I assumed the first time there was a problem with the heating but it was like a Turkish Bath again this morning.

I usually enjoy Caffe Nero but I wish there was more consistency with their brews. A cappuccino should have approx 1cm of milky froth on top, not a thin layer!
Wilfred was upset but we still enjoyed the coffee

I have visited on many occasions over the years and always found this Nero store to be very good. Coffee is lovely and the service is always pretty good. The store itself could do with some money spending on it (as it?s been there quite a while) but hopefully that will happen before too long. I mainly take out and therefore for what I want, it works well.

Wonderful coffee. Took me a while to discover Nero but no turning back. 1kg of ethically sourced beans for £12.... More than double that up the road.

They close very early; can't compete with Starbucks that closes at 10 pm.

Great place for coffee and pastries. My last day in Nottingham my girlfriend and I stopped by here and tried a few drinks as well as the caramel shortbread and the Sicilian Lemon Muffin. Everything we had was amazing. I wish we had come here more while I was there. We loved it.

Poor service, staff care more about engaging with each other, than with the actual customers. Maybe if it was the other way around they'd get the order right. Pathetic when you pay 4 pounds for a coffee and don't get what you ordered.

Didn?t get to try the coffee? walked in, two staff, a girl and a boy, were talking, they didn?t acknowledge us when we walked in, they looked right at us and turned back around to finish their conversation, still not even acknowledging we were waiting. We waiting about 4 minutes, they still carried on their conversation. At this point we walked out and went to 200 Degrees coffee shop up the road which was fantastic. Wouldn?t go to Cafe Nero again if it was free!
