We used to enjoy this branch, at King St Nottingham, with really good staff, but last 3 visits have been awful, with new, rude and awkward staff. Will not be visiting again. So sad.

Its very calm place. chairs are comfortable. there is nice food and nice drinks. You can sit and work for hours. And There is an outside place you can sit in the nice weather.

Unfortunately today?s barista had a terrible attitude for the first time! I was looking for something new and trying to decide.Even a few times while politely saying that I was still looking and even not blocking the queue, I noticed her angry look at me like was forcing me to order something immediately! With this pressure, I ordered my husband's coffee and while I was trying to say my own, she turned around and started making it with grumpy face.. Then she returned with the coffee and while still ordering, without even asking if I wanted anything else, she turned around again and angrily made the second drink and continued to glare at me when I told her I was still ordering.
I work in the same industry and know the pressure on employees but the conditions of the sector are not the fault of anyone who comes there and after being tired all week,just want to have a good time. Unfortunately, these attitudes dont help anyone ...
