Ordered a chocolate & pistachio mousse cake and a frappé mocha today. The young lady who served me was VERY unfriendly and unprofessional. She showed her dark face, which is dark like a dark , dark chocolate. Didn't even say any word out from her mouth, When I was ready to pay, she just pointed her finger at the card machine with her attitude ! I think she was trying to tell me I'm not being welcome here. Totally ruined my mood ! This would be my first and also last visit to this branch, blame her!

I?m strictly an independent cafe customer? but this particular Nero is my only exception. It?s always clean and cosy in here and the service is incredible. Needless to say, Rafal absolutely makes this place what it is! He truly lights up my day every time I pop in. Thanks so much!

This is my favourite branch of Caffè Nero. The staff are wonderful and there is a great atmosphere here. The coffee is particularly nice.
