Served by a young girl at around 10:00. Odd experience, she barely spoke through the interaction. When I was next she just looked at me as if to say ?you coming over or what? very unfriendly, I said what I wanted and she just started making it without a word. Then I got my meerkat app out and she just put £4.50 on it, I said I had meerkat and she just looked at me, then put discount on gave me drink. She did say bye, but off encounter. Not sure if new but deffo needs training on politeness and customer service

Coffee overpriced but ok. Track cake and poor quality. It was a purely thawed semi-finished product. Find better, more local businesses with better quality ingredients!
