Manager with a beard is extremely rude! Simply saying to a customer ?you want any food? and rolling his eyes at me is just not acceptable.
This is not the first time we have had issues with this particular member of staff either!
He is just down right rude!

Bald employee with glasses and nose piercing, extremely rude and has 0 customer service skills. I have been in the multiple times and he has made the atmosphere cold and unwelcoming. It?s a shame as some (not all)of the other staff are a delight (lady with dark hair and blonde hair). Let?s just say the role might not suit his skills within customer service!

My favourite major coffee chain. The Beeston got good mix of students , professionals and locals chilling out in the cafe. Barista got good skill and made nice mocha with pattern on top.

I don't know where the old staff went, the bald man with glasses is ridiculously condescending, as are a few other new people. The quality of coffee has also worsened. Sad to see this change, it was my little weekly spot.

Coffee was fine. Service was fine. Only downside was the grubby outside seating area. Dirty tables and an overflowing bin with no lid.
