Just had a 15 minute wait at Lady Bay for our meal from the drive through and the restaurant was virtually empty!!
Bonus is that we opened the bag and there were 15 ketchup sachets and three mayonnaise! ??
No napkins. Burgers were good however. I ly half a bag of chips Staff seem unhappy and grumpy. ?

Just been into Lady Bay retail Burger King. Asked for two meals going large and two milky coffees. When we paid we asked for a receipt. On getting home we found that one coffee was only half a cup. The meals weren?t large as there was only a few chips. There was no receipt. So I went on the internet and called them using the number given. Only to be told the number is incorrect. Disgusted and will not be going there again. Don?t know the cost so I cannot complete the question it relates to. I am unable to post this without completing questions about which I would recommend. Please ignor the answer to the questions below.

Staff very helpful but a ridiculously long wait for food which was somewhat dissapointing, much more expensive than their larger competitior with the golden arches and burger nowhere near as tasty, but was nice to have an option of onion rings instead of fries. Chilli cheese bites were very nice. Planned to dine in, but having waited so long had to take it away and eat later.

Ordered from Uber eats. It took over two hours to get to us, getting updates constantly saying the food was being prepared. When it arrived it was completely cold. It wouldn't let me cancel my order, so we just had to wait. I've only been offered a £4 refund. The driver told me once he was waiting for ages for them to sort the order, and they were just busy chatting.

Ordered two adults and two kids meals. Went up to ask where my order was twice to be confronted with slow miserable staff. Took 28 minutes from the point of ordering until it reached the table COLD. Won?t be going back, shocking food and service.
