Brilliant Place, staff really helpful, they will help you loadmaterials into your car. Also a very useful place to hire tools for that special DIY Job! Tool hire is very straightforward and they have a large range of stock. Also so much cheaper (and much more helpful!) than your local B&Q.

As a walk in customer for landscaping materials, I waited at my car (mask on) and asked the fork lift driver to help me lift the heavy items, he refused because of 'covid'. I pointed out that we both wore masks and I would stand well away from him. Raising his voice, he was rude, sarcastic and disrespectful, stating his manager had told him 'not to load'! On my previous visit, the driver loaded my car without being asked and I also witnessed another pensioner having His car loaded. Where's the consistency??? I've since spoken to a member of staff about the incident who said, "some people are more concerned about covid, and you can't blame him when his manager has told him not to load"It appears that his attitude is acceptable.There's nothing on the main company website stating that customers Will Not be assisted during 'covid'. Also, there's NO SINAGE on site as you enter, or on entrance into the store itself. Had there been OBVIOUSLY I would not have proceeded.
