Came here for my grandmas birthday. Ryan was our server and went above and beyond for us that day. Looking forward to our next meal here. Hopefully get Ryan as our server next time!

We visit brown?s quite often. Special occasions. Family gatherings. We went today for brunch to celebrate our daughter?s A-Levels. Breakfast was great. Full traditional for me and my daughter. Eggs Benedict for my lovely wife. Bellini cocktails. All perfect. But the sign of great service is not meeting but exceeding expectations. And being attentive to the guests needs. Our delightful waiter, PC brought out a plate with congratulations and profiteroles, strawberries and meringues. My daughter?s friend had joined us to say hi but wasn?t eating. The waiter overheard that he?d also just got his results so didn?t leave home out and brought a matching plate for him too.
Perfect.

I?ve never left a review for any restaurant but I need to. This was the WORST restaurant food I?ve ever had. Ordered a fillet steak, it looked more like rump, it was so chewy with no taste and seasoning at all! I literally spent so much time adding as much salt and pepper as possible to make it digestible. The thick cut chips were undercooked in the inside, and not crisp enough outside. The peppercorn sauce was cold and so little. The drink, ?, order a strawberry daiquiri mocktail, it was so bitter, I asked for extra syrup, no change at all. I didn?t even drink it. I told the waiter the drink was really bad, her response was?bless you? ??? And still had to pay a £60 for 1 person. I?ve never been to a restaurant were every single thing was bad. How they are still in business shocks me. This review is very honest, I?ve not exaggerated anything. WORST food I?ve ever had!
