I came into boots to other day as I need an item for my sister, the staff were friendly and polite carol was very helpful she took me to the items I needed help me pick a nice gift set ,asked if I needed anything else and then served me at the till straight away. Very helpful and friendly service. Wot a nice atmosphere in the store .

Rip off. When buying the 3 or 2 Christmas presents the ones that are half price are not included in the offer even tho the shelf edge pos says they are. False advertising at its best. Rude man at the till also

El-Habib and his team were very helpful in providing a diagnosis and antibiotics for my boyfriend. He was thorough and answered any questions. I?d definitely recommend using this service as it would have taken far longer to get a doctor?s appointment!

I?ve given this store plenty of time and chances to get their act together but I?ve now given up and will go to Victoria Centre or Riverside in future. Every time I go in I have to wait an eternity to get acknowledged, let alone served, and when they can be bothered to assist I?ve had one member of staff gripe at me at length about how bad the job is, one ignore me completely on one occasion and make me wait while she finished a private conversation another time. The final straw was the one who literally took a bottle of perfume out the cabinet and march across the store to the tills with it and scan it before I even got a proper look at it to check it was the right one. I said I wasn?t planning to steal it and she replied ?we can?t be too careful?. I wouldn?t be surprised if Boots axe the store soon.

The staff were not very helpfull when i was picking an aftershave. I had to wait 10-15mins before soemone was available and i still had to ask for there help opening the aftershaves up.
