I?ve given this store plenty of time and chances to get their act together but I?ve now given up and will go to Victoria Centre or Riverside in future. Every time I go in I have to wait an eternity to get acknowledged, let alone served, and when they can be bothered to assist I?ve had one member of staff gripe at me at length about how bad the job is, one ignore me completely on one occasion and make me wait while she finished a private conversation another time. The final straw was the one who literally took a bottle of perfume out the cabinet and march across the store to the tills with it and scan it before I even got a proper look at it to check it was the right one. I said I wasn?t planning to steal it and she replied ?we can?t be too careful?. I wouldn?t be surprised if Boots axe the store soon.

The staff were not very helpfull when i was picking an aftershave. I had to wait 10-15mins before soemone was available and i still had to ask for there help opening the aftershaves up.

Finally got hold of sum hibi scrub for my dog. But was a little fat bolding man who served me. I could have smacked the bloke. If he would of spoke to me in the way he did in a bar hed of lost his teeth. Only leaving 3 star becuase hibi scrub was hard to come by not so long ago.
