My partner went in to get an emergency prescription. The male pharmacist was so rude and condescending. Made us wait an hour then when we came back in that hour he decided to go on his hour lunch break. made us wait another hour.

Very rude staff, someone with name Gary, not polite at all. Can't recommend this place at all. All them staff think they are something special thinking they can talk to the customers as they want. Really crazy place.

I have been collecting my medication from this clean pharmacy for nearly 3 years now. They was increasingly busy with the amount of work loads they have to sort on a daily basis. Even when they where short staffed the main man put his dedication and hard work in to make sure his regular customers got the tablets. They are very honestly and I have had no problems when it comes to getting advice from the pharmacist. Well done guys you really do go above and beyond for your customers. You need a medal with the work load you all do. Keep up the good work . ?

This store sells expired products: I wanted to make a quick purchase then shortly after, I realised I just bought a face wash that expired last year therefore, I had to go back exchange it and luckily I was able to do so.
Do not blindlessly buy products, if a product's packaging looks old and outdated or shows it's expired date, don't buy it. Some individuals may have bought expired products in this case, the product would just likely not work or be as effective, therefore resulting in losing all your hard earned money for nothing.
I thought this was illegal but, I guess not!

Never really pick up the phone and they can play you about with times when your prescription is ready. When it?s on repeat and you get a text that it is ready, great then I can pick it up. Otherwise who knows when it will be ready and each staff member has a different time estimate that are never correct. If they communicated better and were more in unison even with delays I would prefer that.

I know they are short staffed but they have had my prescription for 4 days. Just rang to see if it's ready only to be told not open today Saturday. When it clearly says open until 5.30. ????????????

Went to get a prescription at 17.45 in a Tuesday but for some reason the place is shut. Your opening times specify you?re open up to 7pm. Can you clarify your opening times as this is clearly incorrect and should be stated via the website of any disruption to your service.

Ordered repeat prescription from GP & checked on line that it had been sent through to Boots. It had been sent to the pharmacy the previous day. Took a half hour journey to collect, only to be told 'yes we've got it but it won't be ready until this afternoon'. When I queried this, knowing they'd got it the previous day, I was met with a blank stare and just a repeat of what was said previously. In a word - pathetic!!
