Absolutely horrible. Went in enquiring about pharmacy first and the pharmacist barked at me what I required the service for. I felt humiliated speaking in front customers and staff about my symptoms. Absolute embarrassment to to our community. The poor girl in the consultation had no idea idea what what she was talking about which was embarrassing for both of us. Just go somewhere else guys.

Chemist is telling me I have another days worth of medication, getting the dates wrong obviously, when I?m completely out!! So adamant about it too, felt like screaming. I made it clear I took my last two tablets last night and that I?d been taking my medication as indicated, just to be lied to my face about having one more days worth!! Really annoyed.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, but they don't text me anymore when my prescription is ready and they never answer there phone.

Staff are always amazing but the queues can get so long and waiting times are crazy sometimes!! I use this pharmacy on a fortnightly basis and sometimes can wait about 30 minutes. Best to go when your meds are ready and you?ll get through quick!Alternatively they do have some great offers on baby bits, got most of my dummies, chewbies and bath bits from here!

Went into bracbridge boots the service is shocking no one to help unless you wait behind at least 10 people nobody to help over the other side of the shop .l didn't bother in the end went elsewhere .

They never have meds in. They only have 4 out of the monthly tablets I have, put them in but didn't tell me there was only 4 in there, weekend came about so I couldn't sort it til Monday where I'd already ran out. Also good luck getting them on the phone as they rarely pick up.

What's happened to Top name in UK bootsHope ceo realise the original owner worked so hard to get and give boots a good reputation l never ever in 50years seen a boots pharmacy having to leave to go serve at till it's not fair on staff they need supportnot turning away from listening customers
