Always incredibly slow. Last week was in here when someone was waiting for the meth to be dispensed, was disgusted to hear the store manager speak to the pharmacist and say 'get it done quick and get home out of here' in a derogatory and unkind manner. The chap in question was causing no issues and did not deserve to be spoken about in such a way.
Used to be a really good pharmacy, definitely gone down hill.

This is s small, local store, with nice staff and most everyday items are well stocked. Good parking at rear and some roadside spaces in front too. But the issue I have here is service at the pharmacy. In two years of coming here I have never had a prescription filled in less than 5 days, and once it took 9 days. It should take no more than 2 days, with many other places doing same day service. I do not know why this particular store is so bad at punctuality.

This store has gone even further downhill when I thought that could not be possible. Over the years, thry have consistently taken longer and longer to prepare prescriptions leaving customers including myself increasingly frustrated. I am pleased to say I have now moved to Westdale Pharmacy as I couldn't stand for it any longer. However I visited to buy dome make up today and was left waiting for a ridiculous amount of time, initially all 3 staff members were involved in prescriptions but for a long time after I was glanced at but ignored and not even offered 'We will be with you shortly'. I felt really silly standing there so long so left leaving my items on the counter. I think I could quite easily have put them in my pocket and walked out as it seemed as if I was invisible. This level of customer service is abysmal!!!

Can't believe they close for an hour at one of the busiest times of the day. It's like being back in the 1970's! Needless to say I went to a different chemist that trades all day. Very poor for a national retailer.

I would like to say what a positive visit i had today with your pharmacist. She was so helpful after no one else would help me. She went above and beyond and i got a phone call later to see how i was and if she could help with anything else. I would highly recommend visiting this boots i am so pleased i did. Thank you so much i wish there were more people like you

Obviously Boots is a well established pharmacy and shop. The store is always clean and has a good lay out. Despite having a lay-by at front of shop its always full, therefore anyone with mobility issues will have to use car park at rear off Haywood rd and go down an alleyway to get to it. It gets very busy and take note it closes for lunch 1pm until 2pm and shuts at 5.30pm

Helpful guy working the pharmacy however made me fill out a long survey for a bag, would have much rather giving the money and be on my way. The survey was so long and he ended up filling it out himself. As someone unwell I just want to get my medication and leave, being held for a bag and to take advantage to get a review is terrible.

Staff are helpful and friendly. They work extremely hard. There does seem to be issues with their suppliers, but that is not the fault of this individual pharmacy, nor the staff that work there. They are always busy working and do their best in difficult circumstances. Excellent. I'll never use another pharmacy unless I have to.
