I had a severe migraine few days ago and got not only some helpful advice, but also recommending medicated options from Asian pharmacist who was kind too. I feel relief that I have boots in the campus with this staff while attending university.

The pharmacists are lovely and helpful, but this place is so incredibly slow. On multiple occasions I have been left waiting over half an hour for a simple repeat prescription.

I live very near to the Well Pharmacy, Harrow Road, Wollaton Park and used to get my prescription medications there. Sadly, after several disappointing experiences at the Well Pharmacy I switched over to Boots Pharmacy, Cripps Hill. In November and December 2023 I collected 3 separate parcels of medicines from Boots and have been delighted with their service. Here is why: I get an SMS (text message) on my mobile phone to tell me my prescription is ready to collect. When I arrive I am served with a smile. The parcel of medications is ALWAYS complete, unlike at the Well Pharmacy. The members of staff know where my bundle is and locate it instantly, unlike at the Well Pharmacy. Finally, the medications are contained in strong, brown recycled paper. I look forward to many more visits to the Boots Pharmacy over the next decades both for regular medications and for vaccinations. Congratulations Cripps Boots!

Very polite staff, both in-person and over the phone. Willing to listen and work with you when it comes to medication orders or shortages. They definitely do their job well and deserves props.
