It's a Saturday at 11.40am and there's only 2 tills on with queues trailing through the shop. There's a couple of young staff just talking on aisles while the checkout staff are working their butts off. An absolute farce! I wish there was a Range or Boyes in Bulwell because B&M is shocking.

I just love going in there. The store is big and it is in the heart of Bulwell. It has a little bit of everything: laundry, soap liquid, gardening tools, cushions, mirrors, storage baskets, breads, sugar, coffee , Tina fish, and many more things. And the prices are not too bad !!!

After waiting an age in the (very) long queue at one of the only two tills in operation I was not inclined to argue about the price charged for the item bought. If at all possible avoid this car crash of a store.

Always long queuing at the till and always got the slowest person on the till with a couple of arrogant members of staff, you should put name badges on the staff so the reviews can reflect how they work and maybe get some customer service training.
