Great experience, from selecting the carpet samples to installation day today (03/03). Staff in the store were very polite, and more than happy to help and were honest about the lifespan of different carpet choices and gave advice that matches what neutral parties say about the options. In fact i was advised in store to go for a slightly cheaper option than one I was looking for due to the wear and sensory feel characteristics of that particular carpet for the needs I had stated.In addition, the fitters themselves and measuring guy were very polite, the fitters great guys who were easy to chat to and they create a good rapport with the person.Very understanding of disability.I 10/10 would use them again, without question.Prices reasonable, i picked a mid-range carpet.

i had my new bathroom floor fitted and i couldnt be more pleased the 2 men fitting it was polite pleasant and i look forward to welcoming them back here to fit future flooring for me . the floor covering i had (vinyl ) was great quality and has really finished of my bathroom beautifully . well done all of you that work there great attitude to work and customer care . many thanks and i will recommendyou to family and friends
