This experience was amazing! We had come for a hen do and the atmosphere was fantastic. The DJ played some banging tunes and the dancing on tables made this even better. Shoutout to Lilly for being a fantastic sport and having amazing energy as a staff member. We had a blast! ? Would definitely visit again. ?

Came here for my birthday and it was brilliant..
one person on our table has a severe allergy to nuts, and the staff were amazing. They called her before hand to ensure she had a meal that was ?safe?.
We also had a gluten free and vegetarian in our party and the staff where happy to stand and to though the menu with us.
Thought out the night they kept coming to check on us, answering questioned we had regarding food and drink. -
Food was lovely and the music was right up our street.
Lillian is an asset to bistro live.
Although she was working she just matched the vibe of our table, even coming over at the end of her shift to say good bye and told me to enjoy my night?

I wanted to extend my sincere gratitude for the wonderful evening we had last night. The drinks were perfectly arranged and ready for us upon our arrival, which set a delightful tone for the rest of the night.

My first time here and wow! Absolutely fabulous! The waiters were brilliant! The food was delicious but you get massive portions! So don't eat too many complimentary nachos and salsa! But even they were handmade and delicious!! Big shout out to Olivia there as I've never seen someone delivering drinks on a tray one handed and dance her way through us to get to a table! She was awesome! They all were! Shout-out to David too! He looked after us very well!

Currently sat in Bistro Live as I type this. Gave 2 stars solely for the serving staff, who seem friendly enough, and for the fact the toilets are clean.
Quiet atmosphere. There's maybe 7 tables. It's breathable but very mid as a party atmosphere, although the music choice is pretty good. I am hard of hearing so this kind of environment is never *for* me but deffo not what I expected.
Atmosphere mostly impacted by manager's announcement that we needed to pay extra for drinks they put on our table before we even got there. Why put them on the table if we can't drink them? Very cheeky tactic to get us to pay more than what the host had already forked out for. Really upset the host and ruined the entire evening.
Food isn't good. Poor choice for vegetarians. The mac and cheese balls weren't very saucy. Hardly tasted any cheese in there. The veggie croquettes were cold in the middle and honestly tasted of nothing. And the dessert was cute but the cheesecake had no distinct biscoff taste (to say its advertised as a biscoff cheesecake), and the crumble was covered in custard (I thought it was custard on the side, because I absolutely hate custard). Also took a very long time for all food to come out. Got here at exactly 7pm and they're only just tidying up after dessert at 9:15pm.
The cocktails are poor. There was practically no alcohol in the cocktail jugs.
Overall, wouldn't recommend this place - especially not for the lackluster food.
