Visited Victoria Centre Birds at various times over the last few weeks for different orders. I believe that Dray is the staff members name. He has always been friendly, patient and helpful. Store is clean and service is fast. Thankyou. Food is a good standard which is in keeping with Birds Bakery.

Called in for a coffee and a bun at 11.30,used the uc very dusty, floor needed sweeping,dirty toilet and sink very mucky .

What on earth has happened to Bird's used to be a lovely place. Now serving everything in paper cups, no cutlery plates etc. I visited the Vic centre branch downstairs staff attitude needs addressing rude unhelpful. Sad really won't be going back plus it's freezing with the air con blowing in your face ?

I never go back to birds in Victoria centre in Nottingham because the are rude they should change the staff to make it a better atmosphere

Had coffee and cake there today. The 2 ladies serving were very obtuse and rude. One of them in particular. I wasn't the only person to notice as several ladies also said the same thing. Next time we are in town it will be a visit to Greggs just around the corner. It's cheap, very cheerful and the staff are always pleasant, no matter how busy they are. Shame about the Birds staff, a lot of old folks leave their home on a cold day for a bit of company. Not grissly dictatorial staff !!!

Called today with my Daughter, it was very busy, found a seat. Had a lovely ham and cheese sandwich?my Daughter had roast pork. Quality was excellent.Definitely going back again..

I usually eat at the Derby branch where the staff are lovely. Not here! The person who served me was rude. She insisted the roll was turkey but when I got to the table I realised it as pork. Because of her attitude I did not feel able to return it! There are many many bad reviews on here about the staff why aren't they being addressed? I will not return here. I was made to feel uncomfortable and that the staff were doing me a favour not there to serve me! Some customer service training is required.

Disgusted won't be back .paper cups food was given for food .Condiments tray empty ,bin overflowing didn't dare use lavatory very disappointing as not inviting at all

Lovely staff and great food! Just what I needed and the aircon was very much appreciated. A few ignorant customers that think it's ok to leave their rubbish on the tables, but apart from that it's clean and bright. ?

Queuing system diabolical!!!!! Went into day wish I hadn't got into a dispute with the assistant who was rude and a customer who had lost the plot all about the que position my God what's the world coming to.
