Nice sandwiches here. Though I had to ask the lady with glasses to remake my take out tea since it tasted of hot milk and I don't really like milk. She looked at me like I'd just slapped her round the face. I asked nicely. It wasnt a big deal like she made it out to be. It would have been better if I could have put the milk in myself rather than them do it when the tea hadn't brewed. She was shaking her head while making it for me. They weren't busy at this time?! I've worked at many coffee shops and remade drinks that customers weren't happy with, it's no problem. That's the idea of customer service?? Other than that the products and service are usually great

Just spoken to a lovely lady on the phone about an issue with the order and she couldn?t have been nicer! Lovely staff and gorgeous home made food. Everyone should try Birds Bakery, much better than anywhere else ??

I have over the years been a frequent visitor to Birds Beeston love the food andcobs from there the problem is I have mobility problems and on several occasions have not been able to enter the shop therenot many passers by that I can ask to open the boor for meto get in and have had to return home empty handed. The staff are lovely friendly and helpful if I get in and understand the difficulty of not being able to see someone on a mobility scooters waiting at the door . could there be a bell installed to attract attention to the door to attract attention?D Morris
