Absolutely appalled at the way some of the staff made me feel. Took our Grandchildren there for their breakfast as they really wanted the pancakes. The guy who took the order, after the order had been placed, asked if there were any allergies. My eldest Granddaughter mentioned her sister had an allergy to milk. Rather than asking me about this, I had another member of staff demanding she has the vegan option. The only reason I agreed to this was because both children were hungry and I felt very intimidated.My youngest Granddaughter eats ice cream, drinks milk shakes and has cheese on her Pizza!! She has a slight intolerance to green milk if she drinks too much of it,in the form of a slight rash; but that intolerance is better. She's fine, with milk in food. So, also rang my daughter in law to double check. Yes, she can eat the pancakes! What a surprise!!! The vegan one arrived and she found it stodgy and inedible. Good job it was "Kids eat for free week' because one of them didn't eat at all. Never going back to this place. Check your facts and trust that parents and grandparents know their own children/grandchildren. Ask about allergies before taking the order, and listen to the adults in the room; not the 8 and 5 year old children. Disgusting service. I will be contacting head office. Also kids don't eat for free, the restaurant/ho just add an extra few £'s on to the rest of the menu. We know how it works.

Shame about the price of the soft drinks, £3.50 for a can of coke? and the automatically added service charge, I tip good service anyway, everything was lovely but that took the edge off.

Went here for a light breakfast. Eggs all styles and great veggie friendly options. Very nice smoothies. The staff are quiet and not overly fussy like some places, but they were very polite and friendly. Eggs were a bit on the cold side but maybe because of the chilly avocado. As with all Bill's restaurants the decor is very rustic and a little eccentric but nonetheless charming. They do a very generous Blue Light ? discount which was 25% at the time. Definitely be popping back again. Thanks Bill's ??

Great location within one minute walk from the Tram stop, close to the Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall and in the heart of the city centre with most bus lines a minute walk.
Then there is the interior design which is unique and great to be a part of, the helpful and friendly staff.
And finally the choice for all sorts of people, with the food being high quality and will make you satisfied.
Would be returning, and would recommend.
