This review is based on my findings of working alongside Belvoir as a contractor.The staff are friendly, attentive and care about delivering service to the tenants, landlords and those contracting with them.Having worked with Klaudia in particular and having seen how caring she genuinely is and the passion she has for her work is exceptional.

I rented for one property for six years via Belvoir. I cannot fault them and I never had any problems. The landlord and Belvoir always fixed any issues, including replacing the gas boiler. Mari-Anne was very good, friendly and helpful. Esha and the rest of the team were great also. I recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent. .

I must confess that Belvoir Nottingham Central are excellent partners. I just moved into a property that I rented through the company. They gave all the necessary details regarding the property and communicated me as soon as they got details from the landlord. Before my move in date, they ensured everything was in place and supplied vital information that I needed. I was nice meeting you all.

I have rented a property for the past five years through Belvoir and they are a fantastic company to deal with. Unfortunately I had to leave under not so pleasant circumstances, Mari-Anne has been absolutely brilliant, not only by guiding me step by step through whole process but keeping regularly updated throughout. She has been very understanding and supportive and I cannot thank her enough for that, a valuable asset to the team. I would recommend Belvoir to anyone who is looking to rent a property, they are very efficient, helpful and friendly. Thank you again not just to Mari-Anne but to the whole team.

Amazing team of people, very considerate, always listened and helped with any issues we had when living in one of the properties. Would have stayed an extra year but needed a larger housing accommodation for extra people. Would really recommend as a student.

You have raised some very understanding points . Compared to the experiences I have had with other letting agencies, it was definitely lacking. Other agents kept me completely up to date daily, even if it was just to keep me aware I was in the loop, where as with yourselves it was one week and nothing, and then another week before anything else. It didn't change the fact that in the time of your viewing and hearing anything substantial, I managed to arrange and complete to agreement 3 other properties. Nobody informed me the landlord was on holiday, and I feel this does not excuse a lack of even notifying me when this was discovered. This needs improvement for what you demand of applicants.Which on that note, your paperwork was confusing, to the point I had to purposely respond twice that I was not agreeing to the text provided because it wasn't at all apt for the situation, and 5x more effort than any other agency. This extra effort would not be a problem if the above points did not make it seem so much take for little give.You are correct however that when you are prompted and stirred, you did rise to the occasion. The video tour was an excellent touch, and the landlord themselves is the cause of many issues, not yourselves.Overall, you were okay. Far from the worst, but not enough for me to recommend. With work and more communication with your landlords and clients however I think you could do much better.

Belvoir have been absolutely amazing letting agents! From first enquiring about the property we rented, to moving in, to living there and eventually moving out they were always happy to help. They have always been supportive and helpful with any questions we had and are very responsive via email and telephone call. They also took any reports of maintenance seriously and looked into fixing them as soon as they could. If you are looking for a property to rent in Nottingham I would definitely recommend them! I would like to say special thank you to Jimmy, Marianne, Esha and Klaudia for all of your help for the last year and a half, we really appreciate it!
