Came down on Thursday afternoon with my daughter, 15/05/25. Stood at the counter, lady looks through hatch at us, stood there nothing, I said hello is anyone serving, nothing
She knew we were there had no intention in serving anyone let alone us. Was to busy doing nothing.
Second time this cafe has let us down.
Better cafe round the corner won't be bothered going again
Two strikes and I'm done

It Tony's.
Lovely, friendly, passionate chap with a good team of helpers.
Post parkrun it's vibrant with Lovely park runners.
Lots of seating in and out. Lovely on a sunny day.
Tea is good, and have a choice of small or big, which I like.
There is a good choice of breakfast's or can have cake instead!
Lots of folk were ordering the bacon butties, I went for the sausage butty which was dissapointing because of the low grade sausage made it tasteless. At £4.70 for a large tea and butty I'd happily pay more for better quality.
Toilets are available inside, and dogs are welcome.
It's a fab location and everyone is really friendly.
I'll be back at some point for a tea or coffee. Unless the quality of the sausages improves I'll pick something else, maybe.

Went for a walk along the Marina to Attenborough and back. Popped in the cafe for something to eat. Very friendly establishment. I had double egg, chips, bread and butter and a tea. Went down well.

I came here with my son (4 months), niece and nephew (4 and 6). The value for money is fantastic. For £10 we had an adult meal, two kids meals, a cup of tea and two soft drinks. The food was fresh and tasty. The atmosphere in the cafe is like a home from home so it?s a great place for everyone. The owner was so friendly and even gave the children some of his granddaughter?s old toys to play with and take home! I definitely recommend.
