Most businesses - open 9 and close at 5pmmost employees - work from 9 and finish work at 5pmthis bank - get stuffed guys were opening at half 9 so you cant even come in before work and closing at 3 so you cant come after. If you want to come in, better make sure you put a holiday day in or take unpaid leave.Possibly the most stupidest and service user unfriendly time they could possibly imagine. Useless bank.

It's no point to have this location open it's better close every single one. Just popped in to try open one saving account and see which one will be better for me. When I get to the counter after 20 minutes in the queue they tell me they can't do anything there I have to do everything online and can only go in if I had a large amount of money to deposit there. I know I can do online, I just needed advice. Just really bad service that's it. Better to choose another bank that can help and advise and help when needed.

10 people waiting inside the door for the attention of one girl, who, instead of quickly referring them on, was dealing with individual enquiries. Then having been directed upstairs (for any transactions, another queue (8people) waiting for 2 cashiers.There are things that cannot be done online Barclays. You need signage so people can quickly make their way to the appropriate area and person.The bell for good service?was silent...

No help at all, will have to visit Nottingham town centre branch to pay in large cheque as app cannot accept cheque over £1000 (photo) rubbish ! I wonder why I don?t change my bank!!

It's a bank, just like any other bank. You put money in, then you withdraw either by card or cash. IE a bank.

Barclay's closed my account without informing me. They have no idea where my account money is. Told me to fill out various forms to "see if they can find my money...and expect them to begin processing the search in 5 weeks time." Absolutely mental. I will be taking my family's banking elsewhere unless this can be resolved by next week.Hey Barclays, please respond to this with a direct line of contact to someone with a name.In branch no queue on Tuesday morning! Problem solved in branch. Phone lines act as a seemingly separate entity

I had a worse customer service at Barclays especially from the staff member Tom.He was very un-helpful and the banking process is very complicated. I have managed to switch to another high street bank and will not be banking with Barclays.

Really terrible service. Barely any staff and the ones that are visible are not helpful. Told your appointment is next but they just will see anyone in any order. Waste of time and effort. A good bank that's gone drastically down hill.To respond to your answer, the gentleman didn't ask if the customer was next, he just asked him over to the desk.

Whilst not unique to this remaining branch a further example of the specific ways Barclays are grinding their individual non corporate customer base into going elsewhere.I'm far from computer illiterate however I do no want to put all my security and faith into a piece of IT.Visited this branch today paying for bus fare to avoid horrendous parking charges, took all my bills to pay with me and pleasingly found a self service machine available after a short wait, the previous "traditional banking hall" no doubt gathering cobwebs as it appears out of bounds.Transferred money from my zero interest current account to an external account that pays interest. Continued to pay various bills until got to one: computer says no, despite sufficient funds apparently Barclays will only let you spend £2000, of your money in one day. The assistant came across and basically read the screen message to me. I tried to then set the payment for the following day, however again computer said no.The bank assistants are obviously growing weary of continued customer exasperation at the poor service producing varied complaints, one poor customer had his card eaten when trying to withdraw money, no sympathy, no help, no apologiesRegrettably I have a mortgage with this bunch of jokers, as soon as that's paid up i'll end my by then 40 Yr association with this lot and go to a bank that is accessible and willing to put customers towards the top of the agenda.

Rubbish, closing branches everywhere, feel sorry for the folks who don't want to or understand online banking..Lloyds and Barclays bad as each other.We need a high street banking...

Just look at all those 1 stars WOW Screw Barclays. I?ve had an account which I use regularly for over a year . Today received a letter saying they are closing my account , they haven?t even got the decency to tell me why .. Further they invest your money into planet damaging fossil fuels meaning if you?re a customer of these you are contributing to global warming ect . Anyway Barclays can Bite me . Any other bank will be better than dealing with these a holes

A bank that does not open bank accounts (the normal every day account) They told me to wait next a year to upgrade from basic to everyday. Wasted so much time
