My second time around ordering flooring from here and the first experience was flawless but this time Firstly my date of delivery was changed to a Sunday without any prior notice, assuming a system error, and secondly the delivery drivers sent were in lazy Sunday mood and wanted to leave the planks out in the garden, required a lot of compelling to be unpacked and brought inside the house ranting all along, quite unprofessional and disappointing!

Good as B&Q goes, large and helpful staff

I purchased a shower tray through B&Q, supplied by Dramco Ltd, which arrived faulty and warped. Despite many attempts to get a refund and have the defective item collected, I never received either.
Communication from Dramco Ltd was ignored, and B&Q?s customer service was unhelpful, failing to resolve the issue or even properly investigate the supplier. Because of this, I had to apply for a chargeback through my bank to get my money back.
Two months on, no return item collection, no refund, no apology just passing the buck by band q
It?s clear that consumer protection laws like Trading Standards are not being properly followed. B&Q should urgently investigate this supplier to prevent other customers suffering the same poor experience.
Do not buy from Dramco Ltd through B&Q
