My experience of Ashley has always been very professional and of top quality with the service and fitting the Turkish man who fits for Ashley is a true gentleman I'm very shocked that ppl have had bad experiences ..I've had all my carpets and cushion flooring from Ashley and the fact he has high end quality also at exceptionally low prices I would recommend and have recommended to all my friends ....vicki

My parents ordered a carpet from this shop, they were given a date for it to be fitted. On the day they were contacted and told it would be done in the afternoon, when no-one had turned up and my Mum rang to find out what was happening (after my Dad had already been into the shop and been told it would definitely be that day) Ashley was rude, arrogant and dismissive on the phone, when my Mum said it wasn't good enough he hung up on her, then had the cheek to ring back and have a go at my Dad stating 'who does she (my Mum) think she is talking to him 'like that'?!... I witnessed these conversations so took my Dad upto the shop to obtain a refund. Ashley was extremely rude towards me and tried to belittle me in front of other customers, I told him what a disgrace he is and obtained the refund. He clearly has an issue with women and a big attitude problem. If you want a decent service and quality items, I suggest you don't shop here!!!!

I went there like others. Failed promises of fitting. Eventually these cownoy fitters turned up. Cut the livingroom carpet too short and had to patch it. Never never again. No wonder the shitholes vlosed down

Really bad service. I will never go here again! My carpet was fitted incorrectly and I have just been ignored when I have asked for it to be rectified.

I would never buy anything from this shop ever again I ordered a piece of vinyl for my kitchen and was told the date of delivery but it never came I rang this shop every day for 3 weeks and was ignored the man who runs this shop is so ignorant he just kept avoiding my calls I finally got it on the 4th week so don't shop here if you want good service as you won't get it.
