Not letting customers into the store 8minutes before 4pm may as well change your opening times only wanted two items could of been in and in 5mins oh well guess I will shop else where

Went in store to buy some paracetamol, didn?t take id with me because majority of the staff know who I am as I used to work there. The lady who works here who I know and used to talk to refused to serve me due to me obviously not having id. Really not happy with her customer service and no one else could serve me as she said no. So now I?ve had to go elsewhere to get the paracetamol and suffer with this migraine for even longer. The stores gone down hill really bad hence why I do my shopping at west bridgford asda.

It's Asda, what else can you say, great value and choice.Unlike Asda near us in the far north of Scotland you are allowed to take advantage of multi buy deals. Hence we bought 24 bottles of wine and saved £66 , a saving of 34%+ on each bottle. Wouldn't it be wonderful if the Scottish government could explain how this can happen when we are SUPPOSED to be part of the UK. Maybe we should have bought EVERY bottle they had on the shelf. ASDA are still making their profit and we saved £2.75 PER BOTTLE. What a pity the Scottish government lost out on their excessive taxation. I am so sad ?? we saved so much of our hard earned AND ALREADY TAXED cash. For English readers, who may be unaware, Scottish pensioners AND those still in work, pay an additional 1% in tax compared to our fellow UK residents.Thank you to Asda in England for saving us pensioners and others some of our hard earned cash.

Good dayIf I could give a -0 to this Asda Strelley supermarket then I would. This service was utterly a disgrace and staff should be ashamed of themselves serving customers this kind of service. My dog eat better than this. Sis Asda

Cheap fuel but they never seem to have receipts in the machines. As a van driver I need a receipt for work. You then have to go in to the nearby store, queue up for them to go in to the back to print one off. Takes about 10 minutes ss the petrol station is un-manned. Would be goodbif they occasionally filled the machines with till rolls

All these offers on the shopping app and the store at strelly has very few of them. Down to 1 star now after e revisit 4 weeks later. Still no better. If anything it's got worse especially in the beer section. Carlsberg £11 for 18 tins. They haven't had this item in stock since July. N today's visit the beer ailse is 90% empty.

Accessing the disabled toilet was a barrier and struggle. Went to the relevant "key holder" staff member, explained to her to open door for disabled toilets, was informed someone is in their as its opened all day, been waiting over 10mins, knocked on door no answer, went back to the same "key holder", who asked another staff to check if someone was inside!, obviously she did not take my word for it, only then did the door get opened. The along comes another staff member who instead of being understanding defending colleagues position, by stating do you have a disabled key radar! when replying no, she stated tat what you need to access the disabled toilet. Challenge her, by saying so let me get this right, no key no access disabled toilet? unbelievable. This is really unacceptable, practically the disabled toilet was not accessible upon request.

Today it was my worst experiences in my entire life. I?m regular customers in the store and I was shopping ? when I arrived on till 3 the Lady name Kirsty she was , I tell her nicely I have 2 water one on the till and one in my shopping ? , and I was shopping 1 boxes of beer the beer it was in till?s with my rest of the items. She was asking me so many times I have 2 beers, I tell her again and again no I have 1 beer an 2 water. After that she was very aggressive and angry with me and spoke to me very loudly and aggressively which I didn?t understand what she talking about. In my entire lifetime never I don?t have that feeling to discriminate me in that moment. She was unbelievably rude and disrespectful and discriminatory to me in front of next customer. I don?t believe that is happening to me and I will going forward with her attitude from City advice , and after in the court. Lady name again Kirsty till 3. ?
