I found Argos Arnold (inside sainsburys) very helpful & professional .I called Argos Arnold before I went to check on availability on a cd player I wanted!They add, one left, they asked me , we can reserve it for a couple of days,but i said no! I, be in tomorrow for it& Has they said it was there ?Very pleased with the serviceWould recommendThis Argos.

We got a cooker from Argos and was faulty it tripped are electricity box that much it damaged the RCD in the electricity box. we had to call an electrician out twice which isn?t cheap. asked for a replacement but they couldn?t found my order at first as there customer Service is terrible after a half an hour they found the order but tuck 3 of the staff and they said a 5 day wait for the replacement but that?s 5 days with out a cooker with a young family !!

Popped in several times recently and always experience good service. Friday 27th May had to return some TU clothes, pick up some more and collect Argos package, chap was helpful, quick and all with a smile. Thanks for great service. Would recommend this Argos. ?

Argos is located to the right of the main entrance. The store is quite small, but carries most products with some products delivered to store the same or next day. The service is very fast with polite staff & ample stocks.

been here yesterday for a fitbit but my Argos card was out of date , the lovely helpful staff sorted it for me. Sani and staff were brill .thanxs iam happy to shop here again

Amazing customer service today from Arnold Argos staff. They went above and beyond. Really grateful for how they helped me. Click and collect was really easy and very happy with the product.

Ordered a Xbox the stock status said in stock and ready to collect. Then I received an email stating it will not be ready to collect until Friday four days away. Absolutely fuming

Brought a microwave didn't work got replaced still didn't work. Smashed it up and binned it, will never shop at any Argos again. Very cheap goods at stupid prices, would not recommend to anyone.

Great if you want to buy a product, terrible if you have a faulty product and need to return it....they don't deal with that!

Tried to get into this store (sainsburys arnold) to pick up my items from argos, in a massive queue cold and raining with no shelter (at the bk) the couple in front of me (looked in their 70s) were wet through gave up and got bk in their car. You have to pre order from argos and pay online. So shouldn't need to join that queue just show your order number and let you in especially how I dont choose to buy groceries from sainsburys ...too expensive..I much prefer tesco. So just let us in to the argos without queueing and we can be on our way.
