I had an American style fridge freezer delivered today.Jan and his colleague were so professional and took care of the delivery with expertise and precision. After multiple measurements the fridge freezer was gently moved through the house taking care of the item and my property. I cannot fault the team at all. Excellent company, excellent team. Fridge is great too!

If you purchase from these guys please please please make sure you get the delivery on camera or cctv from every angle you can in/out of your property as they have done damage to my front door frame scratching it trying to get my fridge/freezer in or old one out of my property I spoke to the driver about it he said just ring the office they will sort it, I spoke with the office and they said there driver has denied doing it ,unless I had it on camera/cctv footage showing that they actually done the damage they not going to take any further action. I will not be buying from these people again cause of bad customer care service ?

Ordered American fridge freezer, it came the next day, at 9.15am the delivery guys were excellent nothing was to much trouble, credit to them, great company, easy to contact, first class service, will definitely use them in the future,

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Appliance City when I recently had an issue with a new induction hob. Great communication from them and they worked hard to resolve it very quickly. Highly recommend Appliance City.

If I could, I would leave 0 stars. I ordered a tumble dryer 3 weeks ago. There was no communication from the company regarding delivery other than cancelling my delivery date. After that, I had to chase up the status of the order only to find out today that the item has been discontinued. This information contradicted communications with the company today, who were assuring me it would take up to 2 weeks. If I hadn't insisted on speaking to the manager, they would still have my £600 and I would be waiting for my tumble dryer. It is terrible that they take money for an item that they don't even have in stock. I would not trust them. I will never buy from them ever again. Avoid,

All the stars for Appliance City from me. Purchased a Fridge Freezer just over 2 years ago which was faulty and repaired by manufacturer multiple times, until the warranty ran out & they didn't want to know! Sent an email to Appliance City and Mike couldn't have been more helpful, he was super responsive and within a week we had our old one removed and a replacement by their very helpful delivery team. It's great to know that there are still some businesses out there who value customer service and I've recommended them to everyone I've spoken with. Thanks Appliance City!!!

I've used Appliance City twice now and both times they've been fantastic. The first time I had a Bosch dishwasher and there was something wrong with it. James in sales was great and was straight onto getting Bosch out to fix it.This time I have a Bosch washing machine, due to a misunderstanding the delivery guys (Jerry & Martin), didn't know that it needed to go into my basement. I was ready for them to refuse to do it and go away. But they were absolute gents and just got on with it super professionally and even managed a laugh about it. Real gems. Love people like that! I have no hesitation recommending Appliance City. I will absolutely be using them again.

Ordered an American freeze freezer from them which was an excellent value. The delivery was on time early morning. The guys delivering the fridge-freezer did an excellent job because our doorways was a bit tricky. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend others to do the same.

I placed an order for an ?in stock? washing machine and tumble dryer on the 24th November. I selected a delivery date of the 28th November on your website for which I arranged with my work to be at home to accept the delivery. Your distribution agent CDS failed to deliver on this date.I spoke with Nick at Appliance City on the 28th and he advised there had been a problem, which I had not been advised about. Following a chase up from myself, Nick arranged that that items would be delivered the next day (29th). I received a text that evening from CDS confirming a timeslot of 08:30-12:30. Again I arranged time off work to be able to accept the delivery.CDS again failed to deliver. I waited until 12:30 and no delivery was made. I called CDS and they advised they were unable to deliver. They offered to deliver the next day (30th), but were unable to agree to an afternoon delivery, so I could not accept that date. We agreed for the items to be delivered on the 2nd December. I called and left a message for Nick to advise him of the situation. I chased this message later in the day as I had no response. When I spoke to Nick, he advised he had spoken to CDS and confirmed delivery for the 2nd. He also noted other customers had experienced similar issues.On the 1st December I received a text at 17:45 advising CDS could again not deliver and that my items would be delivered on the 3rd December. I tried to call CDS, but the text was sent 15 minutes after they closed?Again I had made arrangements to be able to accept the delivery and it was too late to change my plans, therefore another day was wasted!I already had plans for the 3rd December, but decided to change these, for a fourth time in order to receive the delivery!Following three arrangements with my work to be available for delivery and sacrificing my own plans on a Saturday to accept the delivery I requested compensation from Appliance City. Following multiple chasers to Nick a terrible email from CDS and constantly being fobbed off, with "I will get back to you next week" I am left with no choice but to leave a poor review.Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even when I escalated to the customer service team, I received no response.

Great for all appliances. We used them when we fit out our new kitchen and we were really impressed. Great service and assistance in store. Good prices and they were very flexible about delivery. Recommended!

Bought a LG fridge and washer dryer on multibuy Jan 2023 from Appliance City. Great help & communication from sales manager Mark. Outstanding delivery from drivers Mark and Arron who managed to squeeze a large American Fridge Freezer through a tight doorway with ease. True professionals. Excellent tracking system too. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a brand new Miele oven 2279 pounds and a microwave 721 pounds and the very first day I used the oven it went blank with no power coming on . Then I called up Miele ,they sent an engineer, he opened up the oven did something and said there is no fault here may be electricity got disconnected, and oven was back on , then I thought my problem was fixed ,but soon after he went same thing happened .oven went blank again , so frustrating, I called up Miele again and told them this is a faulty machine , they said call appliances city ask for a uplift number then they can replace the machine , then I called up nurul he said only the manufacturer can issue the uplift number (charming) both parties not ready to take the responsibility, now I had called up the Miele again they are sending another engineer next week , why appliances city not taking any responsibility for this faulty item they sold me for this high price ,I didn?t even used it once , how can you do this to your customers , I haven?t even started using the microwave yet ,I don?t know what faults I will come across

DO NOT BUY FROM APPLIANCE CITYBought an LG fridge freezer for the best part of £1k about 3 months ago. On Christmas Eve it starting beeping to indicate the door was open though the door was closed. As I wrote this review it?s been beeping now every 30 seconds day and night for 28 days. Appliance City took weeks to send an engineer out who didn?t fix the problem and advised he?d be back in 2 weeks time to top up the gas in an attempt to stop the beeping. So not fixed guarantee it will resolve the problem. AC just passed the buck to LG who have been equally poor together with their 3rd party repair firm 0800 Repair.AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE.
