Highly satisfied with my purchases and the lovely customer service I have received from the friendly, welcoming and kind staff :) I have been to this Ann Summers before a few years ago and everyone is always so helpful and polite- always asking if you need anything or any help. I don't think I'll go to any other Ann Summers because this one is the best :) I always feel great after buying something here. Love the discounts here too! I will definitely be visiting again soon ?

Such good service from jodie she made me feel so comfortable and helped me find the right size for what I was looking for and wrote me my size and what bra style she thinks is best for my shape so I can shop online aswell! 10/10 recommend

I am a frequent visitor to this branch and I am always greeted with helpful comments, warm, inviting faces and a level of excellent service I don't experience anywhere else. The staff here go above and beyond to help you get what you came for, and often offer guidance and advice when I am buying for my wife. Jodie in particular is always a joy to see, her smiling face and encouraging attitude make shopping here a pleasure, especially as she remembers not just me, but all her regulars, and more importantly, the sizes they require!. I often find myself losing an hour in Ann Summers between talking personally to Jodie and shopping with her help. She is an asset to this team and if I could rate her personally, she'd get far higher than 5 stars. Amazing attitude, work ethic and personality, keep up the stellar work Jodie!

Went to get a bra measurements fitting,gone to serval places all got different sizes and every bra i got broke within a week or two,the lady i got served (Tilda)could not have been nicer and more welcoming,got a bra on delivery, first bra when i tried it on my back pain felt so little and chest felt so supported, recommend this place not only for lingerie but for a bra,defo going there when i need a bra <33

Popped in to treat myself on a Monday especially as was a sale on?Chloe was very patient and helped me find everything in my size and style, had good banter, making me feel relaxed and well looked after. She seemed like a real girls girl and very approachable. The staff here have always been so lovely and make you feel at ease :)

I went in today to find a bra as all of mine were old & relatively uncomfortable, I got served by Jodie who was an absolute star, she gave me a bra fitting - realised i was smaller than I thought I was so that was great to know lol, she helped me find a bra that i loved and she made me feel really comfortable and confident. the staff are obviously all girl?s girls ??? will be coming back asap <3

Went to the store just to check , customer service for so good and store collection couldn't come out without buying.Bra fitting was done by JODIE who was such a star , pulled up some option and helped me in finding a perfect fit.Its the girls who makes the place a perfect in store shopping experience ???.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The lovely SAM is an asset to the store. Immediately felt comfortable. She was attentive, kind and super helpful. Stunning personality, I left with 2 items and was grinning from ear to ear! I cannot wait to return in the future! Give her a raise ?
