Really reasonable quality. Granted its not Rab stuff but it's no where near the rip off price or Rab. So value for money is on point I just wish they wouldn't use the useless folk at Royal mail to post things. Missed my order 4 times now.

Just a note after visiting in March 2023 that the Nottingham Alpkit base with a showroom is no more and it?s a shipping warehouse with no facilities for customers. Tbf the Alpkit website doesn?t list it as a store but in case there is some other silly booger like me out there

Outstanding customer service. Top quality products. So friendly, so welcoming, so...nice. I truly believe that the people of Alpkit live by their motto and enjoy seeing people going outdoor and doing nice things. I've found my brand for all things adventure, outdoorsy, and bike related. Highly recommend and will defo be back. I can wait to visit their retail spaces, Hathersage here I came!

I ordered a tent once, but when it arrived, I decided I actually don't need this tent and let the post office sent it back. Meanwhile it got lost while shipping back, and Alpkit still provided me with a refund afterwards. Very respectful.

Bought a wetsuit which sadly did not fit. When I called to say that I wanted to return it, significantly after the already long 123 day return date, they happily agreed. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Will definitely look to make further purchases from them in the future.

Ordered a Colibri AL frame for my wife. Unfortunately the fork steerer was too thin at one point, which I only found out after cutting it. I returned it to the store, and Josh very kindly confirmed with the workshop that it was a warranty issue, and then got me a replacement. Fantastic service from just dropping in. I really appreciate that they did it for me, as it would have been so easy to fob me off or pop it into the mail room.You've definitely got my vote Alpkit, and I will consider your stuff in future!

Bought a bivvy bag from here. Unbelievable quality for a good price. Package came really quickly with free delivery and also the invoice came with a hand written message from the team which I really appreciate the personal touch. They also sent me a sustainability report which as an outdoor company with climate change looming is quite appropriate. Contained all the information about initiatives the company are taking and goals for the future. Definitely recommend

Purchased from this company twice. First time, item was delivered on time and was as expected.Second time, I had to chase them to send the item. They say the fault was with Royal Mail rather than themselves.20 minutes after I chased them, the item was logged on the Royal Mail system as having been received from the seller. Unfortunately that still meant the item took five days to get to me, rather than the claimed 2-3 days, and was too late for a trip I needed it for.During the same week, another seller successfully used the same Royal Mail 48 service on time and without any issue.I wouldn't necessarily suggest not using this seller - just make sure the tracking shows the item being received from the seller on time.
