Had bottomless brunch here yesterday, the drinks were flowing and the young girl serving us was such a vibe! Service did slow down after there was a staff change over however we still had a good time. I asked if it was possible to have a side or 2 instead of a main but was told this was not possible, would definitely be nice to have the option of a couple of sides instead of a really big meal ?

It took quite a while for someone to seat us. We then couldn't get someone to take our food order for 15 minutes and another 20 minutes to actually bring the drinks we had ordered . The food is great, but the service really let it down.

AVOID.
I attended all bar one on the 18th of January for my birthday celebrations. Payments were payed in full via cash with one transaction via card. As this was my birthday I was unaware until after paying £230.00 on my card that the cash payments were already paid. When receiving the receipt only three transactions for card payments were shown with no transactions of cash payments... There were 10 guests that attended. I believe the cash payments were not accounted for.
I sent an email of complaint and had a prompt phone call that after viewing the CCTV the cash was given back to me after my card transactions. This was completely incorrect and I explained it would be a police matter. I am concerned as to why the same gentleman that served our party and took the payments was the same gentleman dealing with my complaint.... I believe this was to cover up what had happened.
I contacted the head office today and they were completely unaware of this complaint or what had happened. The relevant bodies are now looking into this further. I am extremely concerned that this has happened with other guests so please be careful.....

José was working in our area on a Saturday and just been so kind and patient, taking orders, serving and clearing plates all in one. Food was a 4/5 because took a while, then was the wrong order so had to be sent back aka waiting. Other than that all good

Had to wait over 30 minutes for our drinks order which was waiting on the bar when we asked the duty manager to sort it out

Really bad service when you have a full venue. None one doing other tables drinks, only focused on the bottomless brunch tables! Really bad team management as well as ignoring those that haven?t been served yet! Very appalling!

The main food was not so great this time. I guess our option wasn?t ideal, but had much better food experience in other All Bar One?s. However the desert was perfect.
Staff were friendly.
Atmosphere as usual - excellent.

Food and drink were great.
Service did not live up to the food or drink.
We had a booking and were told to just sit anywhere.
It then took 10 minutes before we were asked for any orders.
Food and drink came very quickly, however no interaction after that until we had finished. Had to go to the bar to order more drinks.
When came to clear the plates, I asked for the bill and explained I had a voucher, was told they'd be back.
After twenty minutes we went up to the entrance and took another 5 minutes before being acknowledged.
I could understand if it was busy but the reason we were told to sit where we like was because the waitress said that they weren't that busy.
I only booked to dine as I'd been for a works Christmas meal and was impressed by everything.
However this has tainted my view.

We walked in and was told to sit anywhere, absolutely fine. Had asked if we needed to order at the bar, was told someone would be over at our table. Sat for a while and no one came over. Staff were either too busy with one table or talking at the bar/on their phone. When someone finally came over and took our order, we got the wrong food (was a simple mistake as we wanted burger didn?t have beef patty, then we said about the chicken Milanese. Server thought it was the chicken burger. Although did point on the menu and ask questions about the dish) was quick to apologise and asked if we wanted the correct dish made, we said no as it wasn?t that big of a deal. Food was delicious, all credit to the chefs working! Amazing food. But no check back on food, and when we were cleared and was asked about desserts we asked for a few minutes to decide, took about 20 mins and no one ever came back. Decided to just get up and pay at the bar as staff were just stood around talking and on their phones behind the bar.
All around not a great experience, food was lovely, and was a very cute venue. But service was lacking a lot.

Was one of the best breakfasts going I?ve had for ages the bacon was nice sour dough good lovely beans and the sausages were nice too only problem is they?re filled into collegen skins and they?re a bit chewy I?d much prefer natural skins used on the sausage they eat so much nicer apart from that amazing and even better service with a smile too

The main meal from the festive menu was disappointing, the service was quite chaotic and the staff were not attentive. The atmosphere wasn't very warm and comforting too, which was particularly disappointing when we were going for a festive meal.
