Very bad customer service from the store manager and other colleagues. Felt profiled when I walked in the shop. Store is an absolute shambles staff need better training ? I have a black family? is a very very poor justification of how you treat someone of colour in the store. Didn?t like the rude facial expressions from the STORE MANAGER (KEVIN) who works in the Aldi on Nottingham road.

Aldi Daybrook - always happy to shop here as staff very helpful etc but a little irk this morning, Staff obviously need head phones but seems just lately cashiers are constantly having private conversations whilst serving, not a massive issue but today I never even got a good morning, how are you or even a goodbye ?
