Some of the staff need a bit of customer service training. I understand that sometimes they might be in the middle of doing something when you walk in, but all they need to do is acknowledge the customer and say - I'll be with you in a moment - instead of totally ignoring them.

Despite reading the poor reviews for this place, I only needed something over the counter I didn?t think it would be much of a problem. Advertised as open til 5:30 but was shut. A complete waste of time and if my experience and the bad experience of others is anything to go by, it should simply close down. From other reviews people also get terrible customer service so if it?s so awful working there why does it still continue?

I agree with most comments where it's 1 star, it's an awful pharmacy and they very rarely answer the phone. I've had this issue many times and often had to leave work early to speak to them face-2-face, when questioned they said a phone line fault, but it's been going on for over a year. I made a formal complaint to the head office but never received a reply.Once they dispensed the wrong prescription item, my son needed blood glucose test strips, but they have ketone test strips, so we had to order online as it took over a week for the prescription to be ready to collect then it was going to be a few more days before the correct item was going to be available. A formal complaint was also raised, which a response was received.We have now swapped to Whistler's pharmacy, they do answer the phone and have a better Google rating, 4.4 as opposed to 2.8, which is shocking.

Always feel like I'm interrupting the staffs' work. Prescription is rarely ready, even after a week. Texts aren't sent advising of delays. Phone is never answered. Strange when the one on Lowfield Lane seems better managed yet it's the same company.

Branch has got significantly worse over the last couple of years. I am now on 13 days of waiting for a prescription they confirmed they had received at their hub 8 days ago.When querying last week why it takes so long I was told that they never advise 7 days but 7-10 days which is news to me. Attended again today to ask for my prescription as I'd been promised on Friday that it would be ready today. I've now been told its not ready til tomorrow.Piss poor service and an abysmal system that clearly doesn't work with customer service advisors that clearly would rather talk about their dinner while keeping customers waiting than do their job.

Would be 0 if I could! Worst pharmacy in nottingham. Never answer the phone, ever, and incapable of managing repeats, every month a different issue either not reordered, charged twice for 2 items as part of 1 prescription, take days to process.. Avoid!!!

Shocking! This use to be a lovely chemist with lovely staff. Now they are rude and never answer the phone. It's taken me two days to get through (13 times I've phoned!) to find out if my sons prescription is ready, a prescription that they messed up! As the original one was dispensed to someone else! so they can't even get that right! Its taken a further week and half to get another perscription sorted! Disgusting!

Super helpful staff. Hoda Sadrara the assistant is always super helpful and friendly. Will always try to resolve any issues or questions you might have. Prescriptions have always been delivered on time. Always a pleasant and pleasurable experience.
