Went to this pharmacy after visiting the Newark hospital and it wasn?t even open. The opening hours need changing on google as they are only open till 6pm and aren?t open on a weekend.

Friendly staff. Can be a long wait for prescriptions when busy. Check out the sale buckets. It should be noted that this is no longer Well Pharmacy and is now an independent outlet (Sherwood Avenue Pharmacy) with much better reviews.

This Pharmacy is now an independent pharmacy called Sherwood Avenue Pharmacy, the owner works there every day and they are 10/10 for service.

very unprofessional staff with loads of errors! Still waiting for them to reply to complaint. They never pick up the phone or answer on their online chat. Don?t think staff have any qualifications! and full of excuses, No team work. I would give 0 stars but won't let me. Wait 3 weeks because they keep loosing medication with NO explanation.

I visited today for a prescription, which was handed over after a 10 minute wait. All items correct. No issues!

Absolute joke....prescription issued by GP on monday,it is now friday. Have had no notification and been ringing all day and no answer. I have to get a taxi to collect medication so need to know it's ready. I am now going to be left with no pain relief over the weekend. Shocking!

Absolutely terrible they never answer the phone why ? So irritating ? we all have jobs to do , I?m a carer in the community and don?t have time to hang off a phone all day to this chemist trying order my clients medications, please up your game ?

WORST PHARMACY!very unprofessional staff with loads of errors! They never pick up the phone and even Mcdonald?s customer service is better than them! I don?t even think the staff have any qualifications! the pharmacist is good but it is evident the staff have no team work. I would give minus 10 starts I could! Do not register with this pharmacy.

In my personal opinion, I have nothing but 5 stars for this pharmacy, I've been on my current medication for 12yrs, been with well at balderton & they still have times where they can't seem to order enough in but are quite happy to give the last in the cupboard to a walk in knowing I'm in next morning as I'm on 12hrly release so my next dose on themorning I arrive is at 10am....... I quite often end up here & 3 they can fill it straight away (luckily hubby is off work so can drive me, but I don't drive) so grateful for these guys... Thank you

After an underwhelming experience with a Newark supermarket's pharmacy, I went to Well and was delighted with the telephone and in store service I received. Flu jab was so well administered i didn't feel a thing. Excellent service for me, Well thank you.

I have given one star because there is not the option to give minus ratings. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. As there is very limited space here to list all the complaints, may I instead suggest that urgent training in customer relations and efficiency is undertaken

I tried to call them during the day at different times to ensue prescription was ready to collect as I was isolating. Telephone went unanswered all day. In the end I sent my daughter who they tried to fob off saying it wouldn't be ready until the next day, even though the doctors confirmed they had signed it off and sent it the day before.My daughter said there were 3 members of staff in there and whilst she was there and the 'phone was being ignored. This is not my first experience of lax customer service here so I will be changing pharmacy in the future.
