Went in to this shop today, loads of card only tills so with cash you are forced to use the tills with Waitrose employees on , only 2 on, queues down the isles with full trolleys , walked out never again will I go in this place

Great store, well stocked, reasonably priced foods, household essentials and more. Excellent promotions too. Lovely spacious and well lit environment. Just wish we had one in my hometown rather than our rather inadequate big brand equivalent.

Went for petrol. At least half of the pumps were empty BUT you only find this out after you've put your card/PIN into the machine. A handy notice on the LCD would help!

Always a pleasure to shop in here. Deli staff are always friendly and helpful, and there?s rarely any problems with products being out of stock or of a poor quality.

It wasn't too crowded at all. Plenty of food to choose from. The staff were very helpful and polite. We usually stop here when we've been away. Considering it's school holiday time there wasn't any children there.

Hello. Today, 15th July, we went to Waitrose in Newark with little idea how to plan a ?tray of white food? for a party. Michelle, on the deli counter, also had not dealt with this new fad, this didn?t deter her. She helped us to put together a lovely spread. Thank you Michelle.
