Greeted with a hello by a guy at the till when I entered the shop.Outstanding service by Roxanne very personable nothing was too much trouble.Excellent service and have a big selection of tiles to choose from.Would definitely recommend.

Visited the store yesterday just to review some ideas, was helped by an extremely helpful and polite assistant called Ben. So impressed we returned today to make our decision and purchase tiles and sundries for our project. Ben once again gave us all the help and advice we needed, even helped carry out to the car. Unfortunately service like this , these days is the exception not the rule. Keep it up Topps tiles employing staff like Ben.
