Very comprehensive range of tiles and tools to choose from. Friendly helpful staff who really know their trade, and good offers from time to time. I only buy tiles from here.

Walked into the store where three members of staff were working and said good morning and received no reply, i then Walked round the store twice but couldn't find what I required, no help was offered so spent £300 at homebase where i received excellent service.

Absolutely brilliant service from the whole team in Newark, in particular Summer and Simon. We needed tiles for 3 bathrooms and changed our minds many times, and they were extremely patient, cheerful and helpful each time. They helped advise on suitable tiles and even loaded and unloaded my car each time without fuss. They also gave advice on tile care post-installation which has made a big difference to how the bathrooms look. Really nice people who know their subject area well. Would recommend.

Some lovely wall and floor tiles well set out. Laminate flooring and all the fittings.
